Refund Policy

Effective date: September 19, 2026

All sales of our digital products are final. Agent Ops Studio sells instant digital downloads (PDF, Word, Excel and text files). Once the files are delivered they cannot be returned, and they can be copied immediately, so we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, buying the wrong product, or not using the product.

What this covers

  • Change of mind, or the product not being what you hoped for after you have read its description.
  • Buying the wrong version or a duplicate of something you already own by choice.
  • Not having compatible software. Our products need a PDF reader, and Microsoft Excel (or a compatible spreadsheet app) and Microsoft Word (or a compatible word processor) for the workbook and the editable pack.
  • Results. Our products are educational and organizational tools. We do not promise leads, closings, income or any particular result.

When we will help

We want every buyer to receive working files. We will fix the problem, or refund you if we can't, in these cases:

  • You did not receive your files. Email us and we will resend the download link, normally within one business day. If we cannot deliver the files, we will refund you in full.
  • A file is corrupted or will not open and we can't fix it or replace it promptly. We will replace it or refund you.
  • You were charged twice for the same order or by mistake. Email us within 7 days and we will refund the extra charge.
  • Unauthorized payment. If you did not make the purchase, contact PayPal (or your payment provider) and email us straight away so we can help.
  • Rights that the law gives you. If the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived, we will honor it.

Payment disputes

Please contact us before you open a payment dispute or chargeback. Most problems can be fixed quickly. If a dispute is opened for a product that was delivered, we may give the payment provider records of your order, the delivery and download of your files, and our Terms of Service and this policy.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version shown on our site at the time you place your order applies to that order.
